Begin with a written baseline: current monthly enquiries, conversion rate, average order value and the channels already producing customers. Without a baseline, an increase in impressions can look positive even when sales and qualified enquiries remain unchanged. Set one primary outcome for the first 30 days and define the action that counts as a conversion.
For a small Pakistani business, channel choice should reflect buying behaviour and available follow-up capacity. Google Search can capture existing demand, while social campaigns can introduce an offer to a defined audience. WhatsApp may support enquiry handling, but campaign messages, landing-page promises and staff responses must remain consistent.
Divide the budget into testing, proven activity and contingency rather than distributing it equally. Review search terms, lead quality and response time every week. Pause wasteful activity, record each meaningful change and avoid changing the audience, creative and landing page simultaneously because that makes results difficult to explain.
